i'm constantly droning and singing to my fans, other peoples fans, fans in restaurants, fans when the refrigerator kicks in. an array of four speakers pour textures collected from a fan (supplying a nice breeze in a warm warehouse space), and droning vocal layers. this is a performance piece in celebration of the constant background noise that surrounds us all. "i love you, i miss you" is a multimedia project dedicated to capturing that feeling we all get when we miss the ones that are closest to us; bottling it up so that we can look back on it and remember.iloveyouimissyou.com
