The question of whether the Bible is trustworthy should be of paramount importance to Christians. The first step in determining this is learning about the origins of the Bible itself. In this episode, we take a look at how the collection of writings in the modern Bible came to be included, and why there is good reason to trust that its teachings are accurately communicated and doctrinally correct.
The traditional interpretations of Genesis suggest that creation occurred in a literal week, and that the flood was a global event. As it turns out, this may not be the only valid translation and, in fact, the Genesis account of creation actually coincides quite closely with scientific evidence if you take a fresh look at it from a modern point of view.
