The House Healers are in the midst of the huge renovation on the Park Place House. The electrical is going in, as well as a beautiful gas fireplace...this house is really starting to take shape!
The House Healers' latest renovation project, Park Place, is 1950's house that's been sorely neglected in recent years. It needs new everything - roof, ducts, floors, walls, and maybe even a couple of additions to make the space more liveable. Not only that, but environmentally this place is a disaster. The House Healers have decided to go big and go green...let the fun begin!
The cottage renovation took a little longer than expected, and Jen threw in a few surprises for the crew - like the construction of a "simple" little play structure for the kids. For the tired crew, it's not exactly the rest and relaxation they had planned. But the job is nearly complete, and now the crew is holding their breath to see if Jen likes what they've done.
The Elmgrove house is but a distant memory, and Jen has decided to give the construction crew a break. She's sending them up to her new cottage, for a little fun in the sun. Little does the crew know, they are in for a lot of hard work, too.
It's been a long 11 months and with the Elmgrove house transformed, the House Healers reminisce about the project. Will they tackle another project together? I guess that depends on who you ask!
After 11 months, the house is finally complete, and Jen invites the Snider family over to see how everything turned out. She also has a special surprise for them. Will they like the result?
