3/27/11 - Holy Rosary Mass

We, the people of Holy Rosary, are called to be Church; a Church with a living God and a dynamic heritage of a special people. Further, we are called to insure the presence of the African-American Catholic experience in the Richmond community; a presence which enhances the acceptability of being African-American Catholic, but also being accepting of others; provide for continued, varied and appropriate means of spiritual growth; provide a sound outreach program which addresses social ministry, evangelization, peace and justice and serves the unchurched; provide opportunities for all parishioners to grow in our relationship with God and each other; assist parishioners in acting on the concept of stewardship positively and with understanding; enrich all aspects of Church hierarchy with giftedness. We, the people of Holy Rosary, believe in God, the source of life and love. We believe in Jesus, the Word made flesh Who calls us to follow. We believe in the Spirit, the force that motivates us to action, now and forever. Amen
