A New Constitution via Social Media

Iceland has rewritten it's Constitution with help from ordinary citizens via social media. The Constitutional Council was highly active on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Flickr, where they solicited comments and suggestions for the new government. We discuss the future of government and the role social media will play in shaping democracies.
