The historic Hamlet of Oyster Bay has a rich history reaching back to 1654 and before. At one time this was the home of Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States. Located on the North Shore of Long Island, Oyster Bay boasts of historic buildings, a beautiful waterfront, and great restaurants and shops.
The Annual Meeting for the Oyster Bay Main Street Association was held Thursday, September 16, 2010. Those in attendance enjoyed hearing updates on the work of the Main Street program, and guest speakers from the Town of Oyster Bay and Superintendent of Schools Dr. Phyllis Harrington.
