We discovered Bob Schneeveis and his soloar powered, bi-pedal (walking) chariot at an electric and alternative vehicle rally in Palo Alto, California last year. Besides working in neuro-biology, Bob also donates his time to high school students working in robotics and to others who are curious about solution based living. This short piece demonstrates the joy of creation, ingenuity and the strange irony of how modeling after natural systems can yield the most sustainable products.
