ARGENTINA - First part of a trip to Argentina and Chile. We arrived in Buenos Aires and stayed there for a couple of days. BA has a strong European flavour with several monuments to see. Then we moved into the North West province of Salta, at the foothills of the Andes where we stayed for 4 days enjoying the activities and the sights of the region. Salta is a lovely city with a great nightlife scene. Over the 4 days we first did a rafting trip on the Rio Juramento. We then rented a car and headed north to the Quebrada de Humahuaca and the Gran Salinas before crossing into Chile Less
