ALAMEDA - Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Eric Harrison and retired Navy Quatermaster Mickey Ganitch, a member of the Bay Area Pearl Harbor Survivor's Association, lay a wreath in honor of those lost during the attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, during a memorial ceremony on Coast Guard Island.
