Since Honduran president Manuel Zelaya was forcibly removed from power in a military coup, the US media have made the argument that the deposed leader was engineering plans to change the constitution in order to stay in power. At least that's how Charles Krauthammer characterized it recently on Fox news, without failing to compare Hugo Chavez to Hitler. That's in the US.
