This full-day, fast-paced ‘immersion program’ will help educate and inform the business community on how best to approach and maximize social media marketing tools. The agenda combines an overview of social media marketing tools and “real-world” experience from social media marketing managers representing Sprint, Sony, and Yahoo, as well as a panel discussion on social media in the small business environment. The day will begin as keynote speaker David Reis, CEO of DEI Worldwide, and Founding Member of WOMMA (Word of Mouth Marketing Association) shares his insights on where the industry is going, the role that ethics will play, and how this impacts businesses today.
