Gov 2.0 Summit is a non-partisan forum for advancing participation, collaboration and transparency among government, industry, and non-profit leaders. This senior-level event seeks to help bring the principles and technologies of Web 2.0 to bear in the practice of governing, with the goal of driving greater governmental efficiency and effectiveness. Gov 2.0 Expo is a conference and tradeshow designed to showcase the real-world application of Web 2.0 technologies in government and municipal sectors. Gov 2.0 Expo will feature a practical program that will teach government employees and contractors how to apply technology best practices to government programs, and will introduce new companies to the government market.
