Taking place at the hot and trendy Pazza Restaurant, "Good Times" is the story of two best friends with the same name, Rachel and Rachel. Hired as strangers, the Rachels quickly become friends in order to cope with dysfunctional co-workers, irate customers, and a wacky restaurant that threatens their sanity every shift. For anybody who has waited tables, bartended, or even dined in a restaurant, "Good Times" serves up something that all of us have done, seen, or wished we had done in a restaurant. Each episode starts with a "pre-shift" meeting to rally the restaurant staff. Zach, Pazza's irrational and acerbic manager, lays out how the evening is going to go... which is any way BUT smooth or according to plan. With a staff of boobs, bimbos, and babes, Pazza gives it's customers more than the daily specials... "GOOD TIMES" is a COMEDY SERVED WITH A SIDE OF CRAZY!
The solution to Pazza's problems might not be the servers after all. A new "corporate" manager is brought on to try to get the staff to fall in line.
Another new girl and demanding customers test the girls' patience as they deal with not having enough chairs to seat people because they are being used for coats and clutches.
Some customers think that they have the only birthday in the world. During this shift, the girls feel like they've gone to birthday hell, and on top of that, they have to sing.
The Rachels and the rest of the ladies deal with a new girl at Pazza. Too many servers, and not enough shifts to go around can only spell disaster.
Meet Jessica. Pazza's boob-alicious server with more TMZ credits than Paris Hilton. She might not get your order correct, but she's professional in other ways.
Tips are how a server makes their living. When the girls wait on demanding customers and get stiffed on the tip, they find new "creative" ways to get revenge.
Damien is Pazza's self-absorbed, not-so-knowledgable maitre'd.
