www.GiveittoRob.com - The Graphics PlaceI'm Rob Cookenour, and I've calledBoones Creek home my entire life. Witha mix of creative and analytical traits, I've found comfort in being the one folkscome to when they can't figure out agadget or have an idea for a photographor design. From kindergarten, college...to a family man, I have always made timefor church, baseball, books, and anytopics on space.I'm motivated by brainstorming ideaswith other creative people. There'snothing like being part of a creativeengine where talent sharpens talent. With technology, it is hard to find a personwho can do it all with software, hardware,or concept development. This is why Ienjoy tossing my graphic designstrengths into and collaborating withother designers' strengths...allowing theidea scratched out on a napkin or post-itnote to take life.My daughter, Stephanie and I continue to live in Boones Creek, TN.
A complete video of the graduation ceremony of Daniel Boone High School's class of 1989. This was video was shot by my brother, June 3, 1989. Our graduation started at 11am. Since video wasn't as easy to capture back then as it is nowadays, this video is rather precious and should be shared with anyone who was there that day. My name is Rob Cookenour, and you can email me any questions about this video at rob@giveittorob.com
My best friend and neighbor back in 1981 was Chris Arwood. We lived on Boone Ave. in Boones Creek, TN. He spent the night with me on this night, and I decided to use an old GE cassette tape recorder to, well, record ourselves. It is funny how I mention what is popular on tv at the time as well as who we think that we would kiss in a kissing contest. The scene is my small bedroom with Chris and me holding the tape recorder while talking about things. We sneek down to the living room later on to...
Go back to our kitchen in 1970 or 71 where there's an old rotary dial phone on the wall just waiting for Mike Gardner to call a girl he likes. While giggling like girls themselves, my brothers Rick & Tim tease a very embarassed Mike about her as my father Edd nearly tricks Mike into giving him her phone number...Mike says all of it but one digit. I'm glad that my father made our home and basketball court a safe and fun place for us and any friends that we had when we were young. How precious t...

The scene is an old building named Wilson Wallice Hall on the campus of ETSU, East Tennessee State Univer...
A compilation of events and experiences during our 8 day stay on the island of Saint Lucia in November 2008. Several hours of work on our part were rewarded with a wonderful lunch and fellowship at Pastor Philbert's home. Eventually, we headed b...
