If you're ever in Nevada and looking for a gluten-free meal that won't empty your wallet, try the Rainforest Cafe inside the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. The prices are fair, and the food was above average. They also have an interesting adult beverage worth a try, called a Cottontini, house-spun cotton candy with coconut rum and pineapple juice poured over the top. You even get to keep the shaker as a souvenir.
