In the old days, we used to sprinkle shredded cheese onto a pan, fry it up until most of the grease separated from the cheese solids, and we had cheese crackers. Nowadays, we have Parmesan Crisps from Kitchen Table Bakers. They even got fancy schmancy on us and gave us several different flavors to try including Aged Parmesan, Italian Herb, Garlic, Rosemary, Jalepeno and more. So, given that these are crackers made out of cheese, what will all that cheese flavor do to the accent flavors this product is trying to convey to its customers taste buds? Guess you'll just have to watch and find out.
