Partition Manager is a tool based off GParted and Parted Magic which allows the user to have similar functionality to a GParted or Parted Magic liveCD, in that they can resize and modify any of their partitions, only the user has no need to download and burn a CD, but rather, they only need to run a small installer file at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=198821 and reboot. Partition Manager is intended for use with LVPM (homepage at http://lubi.sourceforge.net/lvpm.html ) to upgrade Wubi and Lubi-generated Ubuntu installs to real installations, but can be used for other purposes as well. This tutorial shows the installation process of Partition Manager, and booting it and resizing partitions to make room for an LVPM install using GParted. Homepage is at http://lubi.sourceforge.net/ .
