Is Blogging an Art Form?

Blogging is a form of media, and as such is a way for people to express their views and opinions on a wide range of subjects. It certainly counts as a skill, as one can improve their blogging ability over time. Depending on the content, and method of which it is created, blogging may very well be considered an art form. Blogs are a platform on which writers can weave words into stories readable by anyone and everyone with a connection to the Web. It's a chance for designers to create unique and awe-inspiring templates that become part of the overall personality of the content. It is what the user makes of it. So, is blogging an art form?
