Unfortunately for lovers of Flash, it doesn't look like Apple is going to support this aging Web platform anytime soon. iOS does, however, support a multitude of different scripting options including HTML 5, some JavaScript, and advanced CSS. This means you can create a fairly dynamic site and have it look and act the same across desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Instead of tweaking your site to work on iOS, consider redoing it for all platforms and getting rid of Flash entirely.
