For more information visit our web site at: http://www.gbmi.us GEORGE BAKALOV MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization, registered and incorporated in the State of Minnesota with the purpose of reaching the whole world with the message and the works of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. George Bakalov was born and raised in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria. He became a Christian in 1989, shortly before the fall of the Berlin wall and the end of Communist regime in Bulgaria. Only a year later the Lord called him into full time ministry and he started a new church in Sofia, which grew to around 1000 members in four short years. In the last two decades, the church, today known as Breakthrough Christian Center, has been actively involved in impacting Bulgaria, the Balkan region and Eastern Europe by organizing and hosting evangelistic campaigns, international believer's conferences, media ministry and apostolic networking among leadership.
