Island stories of community development, change, and vision Sharing stories, based on asking What's Gone Well Today, builds community, generates hopes, encourages connection. inspires action and acknowledges the good in each individuals While not everyone is an immigrant from the deep South, or an artist, or a world record holder, etc many of us are wondering, and searching for community, purpose, and connections. These stories help in these regards. When on average we have 60 000 thoughts/ day and 80% are negative, WGWT's focus is mining what's gone well. We're encouraging that level of discourse and curiosity. It's a question or focus that at this point is on the cutting edge. While not everyone can live in the wonder of Gabriola, having stories of island life may inspire others to strengthen their own community, etc. I've also posted island stories on www.gabriolaisland.blip.tv I'd welcome your occasional text or photo posting on What's Gone Well For You Today?
