Gato Negro Sauvignon Blanc 2008 Central Valley, Chile Bright, very pale straw colour, almost water clear. Med. intensity nose of fresh-cut grass, lemon rind, tarragon, and slate. Dry, light body, med. plus acidity. Lemon juice, lime pickle, slate, and herbs. Med. length. Serve well chilled for cocktail hour, or with a seafood platter. Drink now.
