Promise Me - ANGEL (The Cover Girls)
The video shoot for "Promise Me" was awesome, the beautiful Viscaya museum in Miami. This was the first time anyone told me I had a great walk. Once again they dressed me in white and made the video outdoors to work my eyes. They also put my hair up feeling at this point it was a trademark for me. I was so excited about filming the "My Heart Skips A Beat" video, we shot it in L.A. on a studio set. I didn't drive the car in the beginning of the video because I didn't drive well at the time, instead we had our road manager at the time drive it. Inside Outside was the only single released without an actual video. The dresses we're wearing were used in our Sprite commercials, the response was so great that we decided to add them to our shows. I later found out that the response had to do with the fact that whenever I spun around, that particular dress was notorious for showing off my panties. I got to the "Because Of You" video set late. We were on a schedule so I didn't have time to use the makeup artist or the hairstylist on the set. This video was produced by Nickelodeon. It was filmed at the Paladium in N.Y.C. We wore my favorite Cover Girl costumes. The dress I had on broke on the set, so again they had to pin me up. I was on the set of "Show Me" by 5:00 am, I didn't sleep all night. I was so excited, wow my first video! No one knew what to do with me, the clothes didn't fit, my hair was too short.
