Alexis Goldstein, member of the Occupy SEC movement and former computer programmer at three major financial institutions; Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank, joins Democracy Now to discuss her involvement in the Occupy SEC movement and a 325 comment letter to the SEC. She met a lawyer while giving a teach-in on the Glass Steagall Act. They then decided to study the Volcker rule, going through it line by line, and finding the loopholes in the Volcker rule. They developed main points to bring up to the SEC and it resulted in 325 page letter.
