In addition to modularity support, JDK 7 is also planned to have a number of small language changes. Unlike previous JSRs to change the Java programming language, this project will be taking input from a public call for proposals phase. Joe will be talking about criteria developed to evaluate language changes and the current status of the project.

The State of OpenJDK6
