Nhat Pham of Foundation TV caught up with Tom Winfree, President and CEO of Village Bank, after his bank won the Business of the Year Award in Chesterfield County. Village Bank is also the title sponsor of the Midlothian Day Parade.
The Annual Victorian Day Festival and Parade held in May in the heart of Old Bon Air. The festival, beginning with its parade of antique cars and bands marching along Buford Road, lined with flag waving spectators, is a nostalgic reminder of days gone by. It is a remnant of Americana, a day long celebration where families, neighbors and friends gather for food, games, and family oriented entertainment.

Each year the Midlothian Rotary Club recognizes two students from every Chesterfield County Public School who are chosen by the school for exhibiting the CCPS core values of respect, responsibility, honesty and accountability. Students often get recognition for academics or athletics. At this gala event every spring, the Rotarians bring together students, parents, principals and other administrators to recognize students for being "good people."
