Flying Dog Brewery was one of the supporting breweries at the first-ever Savor festival in Washington D.C. Every beer that was being poured at Savor was also paired with some food, from raspberry-filled artisan chocolates to Empanadas with Mango Salsa and everywhere between. Savor was held in the Andrew Mellon Auditorium, a very unique location for a beer festival, a block off the Mall right near the Washington Monument.
