Dolan Media videographer Bill Klotz captured footage of some intense clashes between protesters and police in St. Paul on Monday. Most of the protesters demonstrating outside the Republican National Convention did so peacefully, but a small minority of protesters actively sought to incite anarchy by blocking traffic and taunting police, which resulted in a chaotic scene of tear gas and pepper spray.
