I've recently had the honor and pleasure of getting to know Ms. O'Shea. Her book, blogs, interviews, and conversations (which I am most greatful) have taught me a lot in a short time. She is woman that sincerely promotes etiquette and class through her amazing understanding of the english language. For those who are furtunate enough to cross her path they will be left with knowledge and examples that will truely help them aspire to be a better person.
