The Camera-Ready Comedy team invites you to view a five-minute spec pilot for a series called Dick Sturgeon: Life Coach. Our goals are: either to sell the series to a cable and/or broadband channel; or to raise enough funds to produce the series on our own. Certainly deserving of additional financing. This has a very good concept and plenty of room for comedic development.
I like the fortune cookie part. People should donate money to you so you can make your very own tv show on comedy central. Brilliant! Astonishing! One of a kind! I can already see these words enscripted in a review from The New York Times. The music reminds me of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Though IFC may be more to the point. Very well done, though the sounds a little disconcerting in sports.
Witty and droll - in any event.
Too bad the car's not big enough for more slapstick. I thought the dialogue was a little dry - all and all, however, I liked it.
It's a funny and original idea and the writing is good. I would like to see what these guys could do if they had a budget.
I love that receptionist! Definitely has Comedy Central potential, needs punching up in a few areas but, it is what it is--crappy advice from a crappy guy and a slap-stick receptionist! This can work!
