Awesome -- very hilarious!

Ironically it's not as funny as actually using Vista.

Thirty years of lies and fraud and the naked emperor is still screwing the world.. There's a special place waiting in hell for Bill the pill: in the cesspool of Osama's suite. I'd visit there just to piss on him.

As opposed to Apple who taught us to turn off the computer with "Special" and eject our floppies by throwing them in the waste basket? Vista sucks, but not that hard, really. Apple people need to realise that there is more to this world than glossy white gadgets, and that an OS not is a lifestyle.

vistaifforexperts said: 2 years ago

My opinion is: If you think Vista sucks, it doesnt, your pc sucks. If its not compitable with vista its just too ficlem old.

I just build my own pc running vista and its the best pc ever!!!!! The keyword its in this video itsself VISTA DOESNT WORK, NOT UNTIL YOU UPGRADE. So Vista is a topnotch pc not for dumbfucks that dont know anything about computers.

Phydeux said: 2 years ago

While I do find it funny, especially the bit about support, I think a lot of people are being just as stupid about Vista as they were about XP... 98... and 95.

Do you REALLY think you should be able to run Vista or even XP on that 386 with VESA LocalBus video just so you don't have to upgrade? Or that first generation Athlon with the super-cool Goldfinger device on it?

Lets get real folks! Even newer Linux versions need better hardware than previous versions if you want anything more than commandline. Ever watch "The Matrix" in commandline mode? SO REALISTIC!

I'm no Microsoft shill, I'd be a Starbucks shill first and I don't even like coffee, but I've never had any significant problems out of Vista since it went public. Sure, the betas gave me fits, but that was because manufacturers wouldn't get off their duffs and make decent drivers. Since Vista's public release I have only had ONE bluescreen event, JUST ONE! I'd like to see the Mac that's only ever had one bomb error.

And to Perkinsb, what are you trying to run? dBase III? Maybe the original Wing Commander games? Just about every game, application, tool, and utility I've tried works on Vista quite well. Ok, sure, some of my old video game emulators or video conversion tools no longer work, but that's no big deal. If I really wanted to play with some of that archaic stuff I could build a Win98 box and be done with it. But I don't really see the need in living 10 years in the past.

Lets go back 13 years. Everyone is fine and happy running with Windows 3.11 and suddenly Microsoft drops Windows 95 on us. For the next year and a half, all we hear, nothing works with Windows 95, it's so unstable, I have to buy a new printer because it doesn't work with 95. Vista was on it's way for a year and a half. After I loaded Vista on one machine, I found that HP hadn't written a driver for Vista. So who is to blame? Microsloth? for developing a new operating system that is more secure? or HP's fault for NOT developing software for an OS that they KNEW was coming out? This is the same with Adobe and many other developers. I'm no Microsoft fan, but if you are going to bad mouth a product, know why people don't like it. There are some glitches to be worked out, but a good portion of the blame lies with other developers taking advantage of the new OS release, pin the blame on Microsoft and force you to buy a new copy of their program. We won't mention any names, right ADOBE?

I am sorry but one year out XP never had the problems that poor vista is suffering. People should not have to buy all new hardware to run an OS, plus it should be backwards enough compatible with the previous OS, and again, vista isn't. I've seen hardware and software brand new out of the box that won't work with vista. I alpha/beta tested Longhorn/Vista and can attest to the fact that years of inovative research and development was lost when longhorn was canceled. Microsoft started over with Win 2003 server shell and created vista. many many features were promised and never delivered. Vista uses way too many resources, cpu, memory, its a resource hore plain and simple. The fact is vista is anothe ME2, a mistake and microsoft will suffer bigtime for pushing this turkey on people. The motivating force behind vistas creation was microsoft partnered with hollywood to create an OS with the DRM infection baked deeper in it than any previous os to protect their so called premium content, to eradicate piracy. This OS assumes you're a criminal out of the box. Vista actually calls home to microsoft every 30 seconds to check up on you. Running this os is like wearing an ankle bracelet and having a parole officer. It stinks.

Then how come Vistacrap that came with my BRAND-NEW FRESH FROM THE FACTORY COMPUTER is compatible only with about 70.9% of the programs I need to use and the CDs I burn on it won't play in any device except the computer on which they were burned? Please Mr. Expert, answer my questions!

I bought my Vista loaded Dell machine more than a year ago and I lost count of the number of occassions I had to reboot. And of course the number of incompatibility problems with the applications. Extremely frustrating.

All I have to say is... Please, step through Bills-ybops Gates of Hell, Vista's not as hot as we say it is, it's everybody elses problem. Just sit down and throw another coal on the fire and we'll talk about it. OH, wait a second, you haven't paid the $59 PLUS the governments cut; "TAX" (Gates little she whore) to hear the all knowing mastur-gaters speak. If your product (Vista) was loaded on your machine when you bought it, "IT'S THEIR PROBLEM!" Don't tell U.S. (free market & all) we don't have anything to do with it.

When calling upon Dell, for my new fully loaded "Studio 1735" this is what I got...

Sir, “Dell” isn’t offering the XP option anymore, for Microsoft wants people to use Vista.

And the “sharp Indian accented gent” told me; within each quote I mentioned…

“That’s right sir, compatibility problems.”

“Yes sir, less options to configure many things.”

“Oh, yes sir, every time you change from your external sound card to the laptops onboard sound, you must completely reconfigure.”

“No sir, you can’t network with XP.”

“Yes sir, we are getting many complaints about Vista, but Microsoft wants to force people out of using XP, so Vista is all we carry now.”

So I mention… A networking friend told me that Microsoft may be scrapping Vista and going back to XP, what happens then?

“Yes sir, that’s right sir, "they’ll have to do something," won’t they?”

Vista's just the next furthering step to subjuGATE U.S. to Big Brother.

Yes, many VENDORS do not wan't to "GET ONBOARD," and I don't blame them. As for BILLSYBOPP, he's passed the torch onto the next cast, for which, merely want's to squeeze as many dollars out of you that they can.

Run to the store now, for what's left of XP won't last on the shelves for long.

As for me, I'm sending back my Dell 1735 w/Vista while I still have a chance to...

For all you Vista lovers out there, (obviously associates) you'll get yours soon enough. Good Luck

Well, yes, in current state I could safely say that yes, indeed, Vista sucks, but let's just wait for service packs and upgrades, shall we?

Noobs!! here's some rough quotes:

"My $2 Dell computer won't run Vista properly", "i want to use obsolete crap with an operating system, AND i want it to be good", "my computer crashes all the time and it's Vista's fault, not mine for putting Norton on there or the generous amounts of old drivers and crap software i loaded!", "i don't know how to finalise discs (pengiun) and that's Vista's fault", "i have 512MB of RAM like my computer i had in 1998 and Vista runs poorly, stupid Vista for not being ancient like my computer!" and it goes on. doods, get a custom computer, 4-16GB RAM (we're not in the 90's here), dual/quad/oct core processor, SATAII hard drive/preferrably a striped RAID like anyone else who has a computer from this century and spent more than $5 on their computer. As a full-time computer technician, i can honestly say that there is no single way in which XP is better than Vista full stop.

and "loquetus", if u call Dell expecting support, what do u expect. i have successfully networked Vista with every version of Windows (and others) from 3.11 to XP x64 with no problems so stop whinging.

U all need to take a cement pill and harden up, get a real computer with good QUALITY parts (ESPECIALLY RAM, cheap = crap, dear = adequate, super expensive = less errors, there is NO correction in your RAM, get good stuff) and THEN u can use Vista like is was meant to, and use LATEST drivers, not old crap on the CD. if u're still having trouble, then maybe 80 just really is too old to get used to a new operating system when u've been using XP since u were 72...

Buying windows vista is like buying a bentley with a lawnmower engine in it and trying to drive on the freeway. I really miss xp and if I have to see that f***ing little circle go round and round forever after I have tried to open something I am going lose my damn mind. They should change the name from windows vista to windows not responding.

I have never hated anything more than I hate Vista. Recently, after having my lap top for less than 6 months, all of a sudden (just like it says in the vid above) I cannot log in to my MSN messenger. I got this error message and even looked it up to see what it meant and obviously this error doesn't even exist on MSN. Ok so I do some research to discover it's a registry problem. OK so on XP and everything shitty before it, I would just format. But NOOOOO you can't do that on Vista unless you have a Vista disk or have the time and money to create 7 DVDs for back up. And on top of that, system restore does NOTHING. There is no security on this piece of shit and I am about ready to take a hammer to it. Does ANYONE know how I can clean my registry without downloading more worthless cleaners that don't work? I will also add that I can't spend and arm and a leg taking this to the shop. Surely Microsoft has put shit removers on their site by now. PLEASE HELP!!!
