steve, (if u r reading these, I know it's unlikely but...) you would do better not to put ur hands in ur pockets all the time while talking. Well, it gives you a kind of arrogant, series, knows it all look. Apart from that, it was all brilliant. And a big salute for daring to suggest 'Open Source' need to be changed. (I would go for 'SmartWare') BTW, what is 59 + 29 + 25 ?

Not bad if this is your first time. Your message needs to be original if you continue this speaking gig, rather than a rehash of cliche marketing stories from a few books. Seth Godin can deliver a good, orginal talk about marketing. That's because he's, among other things, a marketer. You aren't a marketer. You are a software engineer. Speak about what you know and you will be way more engaging.
