What's Going On with the First Time Homebuyer's Tax Credit?
The $8,000 First Time Homebuyer's Tax Credit is due to expire on November 30, 2009. Bad news if you don't have a house in escrow and want to take advantage of the credit. But the good news is that the Senate is closing on a proposal to extend the tax credit through 2010.
