what happens to the audio file when you have two people speaking at once?Is anyone offering audio to text transcription robots yet? i can see value in having a audio file + text inline.

The audio can overlap and the recordings 'do the right thing' using the channel origin to 'disambiguate'. Yes - agreed adding annotation and transcription are obvious next steps.
