How do you get water to get to 110 degrees if boiling point is 100 degrees?It didn't look that hot there.

The Boiling point for water is 212˚F. 110˚F. is just a little bit warmer than lukewarm. Any hotter would kill the yeast cells and the bread wouldn't rise properly.
