Book Launch: International Law and the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction

On September 16, 2009, the Georgetown University Institute for International Law and Politics and the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, as part of their joint Project on Nonproliferation Policy and Law, hosted a book launch event for "International Law and the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction." (Oxford University Press, 2009)

The author, Professor Daniel H. Joyner, of the University of Alabama School of Law, presented the general conclusions of his book and his thoughts on its contribution to legal scholarship in the field of arms control and disarmament.
