I wanna hear you virii have been spreading the memes... Have you annoyed your friends and relatives and Facebook, YouTube and MySpace acquaintances to the point of disowning, disinheritance and dissociation? How can you morph your mother in the pseudopod and still call yourself a virus?? Timing prevented me from removing all vestiges of the internet pornography-themed publicity still I did for the computer show. I had already recycled some work I did at http://home.comcast.net/~positive.images/ -- I wanted to use a tile I made myself because I wanted the experience of making a tile -- because for background graphics they are characteristically superior to a full page background picture because the tile only has to download once and then it's done -- yes, unfortunately it was kinda hard to do, but you're welcome to steal it and adapt it -- by the time I realized that the theme was still the same objectionable color, the show was half in the can (a reel of film goes in a "can" when it's done) and deadlines did not allow me to change everything. I haven't heard much feedback about the YouTube promo I made and posted on the IGE Talks web page at www.iserv.net/~ige/talks. Maybe because it was hidden behind an unrelated still. So now it's a little more accessible, if not obvious. In the meantime, feel free to clutter up the IGE Talks Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/IGE-Talks/102925727555?ref=ts ) with graffiti to make it look homey. Right now you can hear echoes in there. It should be elementary, considering the technology, to post pix and links to videos already online -- with comments. You gotta have comments. It's like my sergeant said about opinions... This facebook page will not grow like kudzu unless you give it just a little cultivation if not civilization to begin.
