Great to hear that you're moving man.

FYI, copyright in Japan, if the writers of the fan comics give credit to the original creators, they can make a fan comic and make some money off them.

That audio-syncing thing you were talking about is usually called either 'ADR' (additional dialogue recording) or 'dubbing'

Awesome reviews and your commentaries are always so damn good... good luck at the new place!

Were those Serenity and True Romance references in the Squall fight?

Thank God that you arn't leaving us. If you were, I would probably be like Ed Glasser (in the vid) and be weeping my eyes out.

Raine is the girl Languna is living with after they all got hurt and jumped off the cliff. She's also Ellone's mother (the little girl who was running around with Languna in the town), so Ellone and Squall are half-siblings. Languna does say that he married her when you meet him face to face for the first time, but he stayed in the city after freeing Ellone, and Raine dies shortly after giving birth to Squall without Languna even knowing she was pregnant.

So, it was in the main story, you just weren't paying enough attention :P

Glad to hear that the big explosion at the end wasn't your final farewell. It's kind of sad to see your FFVIII reviews come to an end; probably the funniest thing I've ever seen was your "Devil in the Genie bottle" rant.

What kind of software you use for FX in your videos? I'm very curious. IN RETURN (I'm not a leech ;) ) I will give you a little tip on PSX game video capture: "ePSXe". Emulates your PSX games (CDs or ISOs) on a PC so you can do save states. Also reproduces the game in higher resolutions.

Glad to see that the Spoony Experiment will continue. Cheers and best of luck with the new house!!

Congratulations on the move, Noah! And thank you so very much for all the work you put into this - this is one of the best reviews you've done, hands down, and I don't even like FF. lol You really rocked it this time, man - it'll be hard to top this one! Really looking forard to your Ripper recap, too! Moar cowbell, moar Walken! It would be a sad, scary proposition if the Spoony Experiment was no more. <3 you, man!

Hi Spoony

It's good to here that you'll be coming back. I don't always agree with your opinion but hay, if every one agreed all the time the internet would be boring. ^_^

Sooo.... the site traffic got you more money but also made site hosting more expensive? Anyway, I don't know about anyone else but I was never really bothered by the adds. After all they were helping you keep the show going, much like add brakes on TV.

Ah, so that explains it all. Great that you're catching some R and R. Now all that remains is how you picked up the TCG cards, heh.

Oh, that SFX? I only heard of it from MOTHER 3, and snickered at the notion that you ripped the sound from there. Aw well. Here's to what's next!

When I saw the ending with Linkara, I swore to God that you were going to reference the end of "The Neverending Story." You know, with Sebastian being tasked by the Child-like Empress to take the grain of sand that represents the last of Fantasia and use it to wish everything back. Feel free to use that idea for your next video, if you want--I swear I won't sue.

Regardless, this video was an excellent send-off for Final Fantasy. Kudos, good sir.

I KNEW it! I knew those dolls had to be donated to you! Glad to know that things have worked out in the end for you Spoony, I hope they continue to be good.

P.S. I know all about the symptoms you were suffering from, it is caused by allot of stress.

A very commendable ending to a wonderful and very funny game review.

You've produced The Gone With The Wind of gamer reviews sir.

Oh, and I'm sure that beautiful remote sound effect was from the a Filmation animation.

I must add, moving to a new place is one of the most stressful things ever, and is something not to be frowned upon.

Hey, congrats on the move. But don't you think it ironic that you had to create an excellent Squall costume when you hate final Fantasy VIII?

Heh. confession: I liked it, but A. it was only the second 3-D RPG I ever played, B. I was used to grindy Nintendo games. C. I just said "screw that!" and *IGNORED THE WHOLE DAMN JUNCTIONING SYSTEM* until about disk 3, when they started throwing you spells in pools, because I just thought "screw that! Draw isn't fun!"
