Thank you for making my day (possibly my week) with "we've got to get beyond (the individual attribute of) skills." What are you doing/who else cares about literacies among adults/in communities? They are the obvious resource in our more fundamental transition to a new (and certainly greener) new economy as well as our economic competitiveness...
