The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is pleased to invite you to the third in a series of Military Strategy Forum (MSF) events focusing on the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR). The third event in the MSF QDR series will be held on Friday, May 15th. Our distinguished speaker, General James Conway, Commandant of the Marine Corps, will provide opening remarks on the future of Marine Corps operations to be followed by an expert panel discussion.

The Military Strategy Forum, a series developed by CSIS and sponsored by Rolls-Royce North America, welcomes senior defense leaders to present their vision and insights on the direction of U.S. defense policy and military strategy. This series attracts an audience of select senior officials and officers, corporate executives, defense journalists, and expert analysts.
