We don’t need to tell you, dear investor, the AIM market is in the sights of numerous pressures at the moment never mind the condition of the economy.

One of these pressures is in the form of City law firms circling AIM boards offering to delist them for £5000. This clearly disadvantages the minority shareholder.

What is to be done? We went to ask former Nomad, now AIM broker Stephen Austin, partner of Hybridan.
