Behold Jesus Your King Comes! (Mark 15.1-41)
Today we celebrate Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem and place it within the context of the prophesy of Zechariah. Zechariah once prophesied that a King would come, be pierced for God's people and through his sacrifice a fountain would be opened of grace and mercy for the whole land. Jesus was the King Zechariah foretold. He has come, offered the sacrifice on our behalf and through his suffering we can now come into the presence of God.
