Please check www.warelex.com for similar and very popular Mobiola Web Camera application, released almost two years ago with greater device base including S60 3rd Edition and UIQ phones, supporting Skype, YouTube and many other applications as well.

Check out SmartCam, released under GPL is available from https://sourceforge.net/projects/smartcam. Currently tested on Nokia 6600, the project can grow to support Series 60 3rd edition phones.
