Communication in Banking services - What do they lack?

Indian Banks' Association and Consumers Association of India organised a joint seminar on "Rights and Responsbilities of Banks and customers" on 6th October 2008 at Chennai. Many Senior offcials from RBI, IBA, Banks participated in the seminar. On behalf of consumers, many eminent people also participated and exchanged views.
