Mr S Anshar Shah, Chief Manager (PR) of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limied (CPCL) is retiring from their services. He is also the President of Public Sector Public Relations Forum (PSPRF), Tamilnadu. A farewell was organised by PSPRF on 26th September 2008 at Chennai.
