gethuman is a new consumer movement to "get the human" back into customer service. Our goal is to change the face of customer service in the US. This is a free, non-profit website run by Paul English of Boston MA US.

Took a min. to load but was worth the wait! heard about your website on the news (msnbc)and had to check it out.The other day I was trying to get through to Experian about an error in my credit report. the 1-888# just gets you to an automated system that hangs up at the end of every option no matter which one you choose.I had to go to their website and get the online credit report and then call the # provided there. (which was 1-800-493-1058)after another menu I was finaly able to speek with somone who actualy was able to fix the error!
