Really nice video. BTW, this happens in mono-directional communication (and old-style management). Real Agile processes imply that the developers themselves have an important role in decision making and time management ("real" because a lot of team declare to follow Agile or Scrum while they actually aren't).
And, again, if I give a strict and wrong schedule to my team, I would prefer the team members come to me and discuss it rather than overstress themselves, build bad quality products and run out of time.
BTW the video is great and I really love it (guess every developer had to face similar situations).
Oh stop whining, you guys would be developing apps for Futurama quotes and Comic Convention Schedules if it wasnt for the bosses of the world.
