Here is the interview with Tami Hegi, a mother of one victim of police brutality. She explains how her son Brandon Rodriguez was killed in July 2008. What follows is a video from the local IndyMedia Collective:One year after Brandon Rodriguez was shot and killed by police, in the graveyard behind his home, a march in his memory rattles Hastings, Minnesota. It is Hastings' first demonstration. During Downtown Days/Rivertown Days, friends, family, and members of Communities United Against Police Brutality marched around City Hall and downtown. They want the medals of valor taken back from the police officers who felt threatened by Brandon, a young man having a mental breakdown and wielding a sword, enough to kill him. Please sign the petition for the medals of valor to be taken back from these killers.http://www.thepetitionsite.com/107/Justice-for-Brandon-Rodriguez
