Exercise:ology is about the art & science of fitness and human performance. It offers insights, techniques, tools, and tips to get fit and stay fit; how to deal with injuries, post-operative rehab, the mental and emotional roller coaster that all of us go through (clients and practitioners) and how I've dealt with all of these things over my career which, as of today, is closing in on 28 years.
