The Self Destructor, a cocktail which mimics a high impact and intense version of the tequila sunrise bringing back the idea of orange juice and tequila with a bit of a twist. Or, you can look at it as a citrus version of a long island or something more of that ilk. Tasting notes: Tequila hides itself in the aroma but punches you in the face with the flavor profile. Right behind that tequila agave is a crazy green juniper intensity. The balance is a bit crazy with the gin and tequila fighting it out, some will probably find this a bit awkward on the palate with the two spirits battling it out. Recipe: 1 1/2 oz. Tequila, 1 1/2 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Gin, 4 oz. Orange Juice, Dash of Grenadine.
